Supporting Farmers Through Cluster Training in Ufuoma, Warri

At iCare-Fish, we are taking our fish welfare message directly to the communities that need it most. Our recent training at Ufuoma Cluster Farms in Warri brought farmers together to learn, share, and talk openly about the everyday realities of fish farming.

The session was practical and interactive. Farmers discussed issues like water quality, handling, feeding habits, and the stress fish experience in different farming setups. Many shared personal experiences from their ponds, helping everyone understand what works and where improvements are needed.

This cluster-by-cluster approach is helping us build a stronger connection with farmers, ensuring that the support we provide truly addresses the challenges they face. Our focus remains clear: to promote better welfare practices and reduce the suffering fish experience on farms.
